Exemptions from Conveyance Fees: According to the Ohio Revised Code Sections 319.202 and 319.54, no conveyance fees will be charged if the transferred real estate falls into one of the categories listed on the DTE Form 100(EX) "Statement of Reason for Exemption from Real Property Conveyance Fee," [Item 5, (a) – (w)].

NOTE: If 5(b), 5(g) or 5(m)is selected, an affidavit of facts MUST accompany the Conveyance Form.
